LEMON & POPPY SEED ICE CREAM 🍋 by ler.hlv ingredients : 1 cup whipped vegan cream juice and zest of 2 lemons 1/2 cup sugar 1 tbs poppy seeds method : 1. whip vegan cream with sugar until stiff peaks, add juice and zest of lemon, whip a bit more. 2. pour the mixture into a glass dish and place it in the freezer. after two hours, take it out and stir, add poppy seeds then return it to the freezer for 5-6 hours or use an ice cream machine, also adding poppy seeds in the end #veganicecream #dairyfr
