👉 PART 1: The production of each Furch guitar starts with the unloading of pre-dried tonewoods shipped from all over the world into our storage and drying facility. Here, the woods are additionally conditioned in several cycles of drying and re-humidifying for up to 6 months, in order to ensure the highest quality and stability over time. Next, the manufacturing of the guitar itself starts with our workers carefully selecting a book-matched pair of sounboard plates and gluing them symmetrically
