I wasted soooo much time doing 30 day crunch challenges thinking it was going to help me “get abs” 🤦🏾♀️ . It wasnt until I started prioritizing my nutrition and meal prepping that I was able to lose over 35 lbs and see my abs (that had been there the whole time😄) .
