Don't throw away your Dewalt batteries until you have checked this thermal fuse. Dewalt batters have a weak spot on the Nickel cell strip heat acts like a thermal fuse. If you draw to much current it's will burn away ti save the rest of the battery. If your battery stops working and won't charge, always check this first.
