Coca-Cola Zero Sugar

Coke Zero and Diet Coke are both better for us than « real » Coca Cola with real sugar. However, both Coke Zero and Diet Coke contain sweeteners, which aren’t totally harmless. They can increase cravings, impact our hormones and our metabolism. So - these are better than real Coca Cola, but water is better than these ☺️ Test by @faulmde | Glucose Goddess
