72시간 초코단식 24년도 버전 완to the성! 이번에는 연속 혈당기로 로그케이크 및 로그초콜릿을 단식시간에 먹었을 때 변화도 추적했어요! 역시나 #다이어트로그푸드 로그초콜릿과 로그케이크는 혈당을 올리지 않아요. 도리어 스트레스로 혈당이 높아지거나 운동 후 혈당이 높아졌을 때 먹고나면 혈당이 안정되게 해주었구요! 지방대사 스위치를 원활하게 돌려줘서 초코단식 챌린저분들 모두 큰 배고픔이나 어려움없이 완수하실 수 있었어요. 저는 배둘레 11cm 감량 _ 복부컨디션이 좋아졌다고 느껴졌지만, 실제로 수치가 이렇게 좋을줄이야! 체중은 1.8kg감량했으나 근육은 늘고, 체지방은 빠진 상승다이어트! 무엇보다 3일간의 보식기간동안 체중이 더 감량하고 유지했어요. 음식물이 들어와도 유지한다는 것은 실제로 감량이 더 되고있다는 증거죠! 단순히 체중, 체지방, 근육의 변화 외에도 전반적으로 손발이 따뜻하고 (대사 증진) 수면의 질이 높아진게 꾸준히 유지되는게 아주 행복한 결과였어요^^ 저희 초코단
