My last video on making this Burmese inspired tofu went viral, and since it is squash season I wanted to experiment with making it with squash, this will also work with pumpkin. I love that it is package free too and great for people who are allergic to soy. It has more of a creamy, mashed potatoes texture in the middle after you air fry it. 1 cup of spit lentils add 1.5 cups of boiling water to it.
