Removal and replacement of silicone breast implants

👉🏼Ruptured silicone implants👈🏼 Not all ruptured implants have a thick capsule around them. This patient’s implants were 15 years old and outwardly showed no signs of rupture. I removed her implants as well as the scar capsules around them and found this messy surprise.
