It helps you pivot and twist into the wall, giving you better balance and reducing the strain in your arms. Here’s how it works 👇🏽 You drop one knee inward while turning your same side hip into the wall to take the weight off the arm on the same side. This shift in weight allows your legs to do the work, freeing up your
