Squishing your feet into cushioned shoes all of the time makes them lose strength, ability to move well and extend through the toes and make them super sensitive leaving you open to experiencing inflammation issues like plantar fasciitis! We can’t be having that! Get your shoes off regularly around the house, bend your toes and work on lunges in your bare feet and do warm ups, cool downs or mobility routines with no training shoes!
