Today I did an olive oil tasting near Corinth, Greece on a family-owned olive tree grove with Oleosophia. I met Marianna, an olive oil sommelier, and we walked through the Manaki olive tree grove. The Manaki olive oil had a mild profile with rich fruitiness and strong green aromas.
