Beets can take 3-4 months to grow to this size on a tower indoors so it’s important to make sure that if you only have one tower you grow other fast turnover foods along side your beets so that you have an abundance to harvest often. The thing with beets though is you have to be patient and it’s best to interval plant so you don’t feel like you are waiting on beets to mature forever.
