What will we build on Berm Peak?

Here’s a snippet of the trail work happening around the mountain. Right now, a big focus is berm building — we’ve got many of ‘em. To make those super fun walls of earth, the builders use a process called “chop and flop”, moving the dirt from the inside of the berm upwards and packing it into the turn. This allows them to reestablish the drain while using that dirt to add height back to the berm face. It’s a win-win! There’s no need to bring in fresh dirt because the dirt naturally erodes down,
