Akram Said on Instagram: "Aseed is probably the most humble yet iconic Yemeni meal ever. I believe it originated from somewhere in Africa, it’s pretty much fufu! It can be made with a variety of different flours and broths! For example, folks from Yafa’ make it with milk instead of water.
