I still need to be of my feet for 30 min every hour so I’m taking it slower than I want. I did chest today and 75lb dbs felt heavy af. On the other hand, I was able to rep out 75s on the flat press after not training for a month and not eating the normal amount. I’m not complaining, bouncing back is what I do 😎 I’m happy
