Why Take Apple Cider Vinegar (ACV) Before Bed

Vinegar and the fridge question I keep all my apple, pear cores and pineapple skins in a bag in the freezer and when it is full I make my vinegar. When you ferment it leave it at room temperature and cover it with a mesh top. When the vinegar is ready I store it in my cupboard since vinegar is acidic in nature it is self preserving.
