2004年3月17日 · iMac and Mac Mini are not apples to apples. The MM Pro2 is more powerful than the iMac M3. But they are 2 totally different types of setups. I have a MM 2018 i7 with a eGPU and a ton of cables, I had iMac 2007 and 2015.

I use a USB-C (male) to Mini-DisplayPort (female) adapter, then a Mini-DisplayPort (male) to Mini-DisplayPort (male) cable from the adapter to a 2010 iMac 27. As stated above, sometimes you need to press Cmd+F2 on the iMac keyboard to enable Target Display Mode.
