iDog, an integrated resource for domestic dog (Canis lupus familiaris) and wild canids, provides the worldwide dog research community a variety of data services. In this version, we use UU_Cfam_GSD_1.0 (CanFam4) as reference genome, and provides comprehensive annotation and analysis of multi-omics data.
