Yong Pung How DUBC DUT (11 April 1926 – 9 January 2020) was a Malaysian-Singaporean jurist who served as the second chief justice of Singapore between 1990 and 2006. After stepping down as chief justice, Yong served as the chancellor of the Singapore Management University between 2010 and 2015.

Yong Pung How (b. 11 April 1926, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia–d. 9 January 2020, Singapore) is a former chief justice of Singapore.1 Prior to his judicial career, Yong was the chairman and chief executive officer of the Oversea-Chinese Banking Corporation (OCBC).

Yong Pung How DUBC DUT (First Class) (11 April 1926 – 9 January 2020) was a Singaporean judge. He served as Chief Justice from 1990 to 2006. Before being a judge, he was a lawyer, banker and senior government official. From 2010 until his death in 2020, he had been the Chancellor of the Singapore Management University.

Dr Yong was the second Chief Justice of Singapore between 1990 and 2006 and served as the Chancellor of SMU between 2010 and 2015. In 2021, SMU renamed the School of Law to include Dr Yong Pung How's name as a recognition for his founding contributions to the University.
