2022年2月19日 · I found this via Google, from 2020 and it worked for me: Sway constantly requests refresh under edit - Microsoft Community. Just navigate to https://sway.com and login with whatever credentials you are using in the Sway app and you should be able to access your Sways. Nice find. That user seemed to have issues with the app and not within a browser.
