Three official logos are available for Club use: the newest "ACI" (Airstream Club International) logo, the "WBAC" (Wally Byam Airstream Club) logo, and the historical "WBCCI" (Wally Byam Caravan Club International) logo. See the Brand Guidelines for usage information.

The picture became the famous Airstream logo. Wally placed a “way of life” at the top of the list of the things Airstream “sold,” and that wasn’t just a marketing ploy; he lived and breathed it. In 1951, Wally and a group of adventurers formed the first Airstream Caravan.

Wallace Merle "Wally" Byam (1896–1962) was an American inventor, engineer, developer and entrepreneur most famous as one of the pioneer manufacturers of the travel trailer. He founded the company, Airstream Inc.

This logo was one of the original WBCCI logos highlighting founder Wally Byam and the signature caravans available through the Club. This logo was first introduced in the 1950's and used as the primary Club logo through the early 2000s. This logo is often used by owners of vintage airstreams and members with strong caravan interests.

The Airstream brand stands for "complete travel independence, wherever and whenever you choose to go or stay," as founder Wally Byam envisioned it. Affix the sticker and live the dream; it'll stay in place, even as you chase new destinations.

After battling cancer with his trademark tenacity, Wally Byam passed away on July 22, 1962. He left behind an Airstream company at its peak, working to meet the demand that Wally’s dreams and hard work had created for travel, adventure, and experiencing the world first-hand.
