2015年2月27日 · The surfaces of β-W, according to our analysis, are composed of the tops of individual columnar structures, giving it a pyramid-like morphology. Surface images, as XRD data, show the onset of β-W formation for the low power 0.67 Pa film (Fig. 4 c). The film exhibits the characteristic surface morphologies of both, the α- and β-W phase.
