Abstract.—Four new species of valviferans are described: Arcturinoides angulata, Astacilla mccaini and Astacilla spinicutis (family Arcturidae), and Neoarcturus obesopleon (family Holidoteidae). Amesopous richardsonae (Arcturidae) is redescribed and reported from widely separate localities throughout the Indian Ocean, tropical Australia and Japan.
