It goes against TOS. If you're against VRChat's TOS, you can go play another game. Specifically for 99.9% of user experiences, they don't want to join a world and get locked out due to not being exclusively native to a language. That's exactly why VRChat exists, to be open to everyone.

Yet, their conduct and what they have said in their Community Guidelines state that if it is in Public instances like Friends, Friends+, and Public it is not allowed but if it is kept to private instances like Invite and Invite+ it’s tolerable?

VRCX is an assistant/companion application for VRChat that provides information about and helps you accomplish various things related to VRChat in a more convenient fashion than relying on the plain VRChat client (desktop or VR), or website alone. It also includes some other neat features outlined below.

So you can pay VRC Credit, which translates to real life money, and it is built into the Udon system to just work automatically and give you the shit they wanted to give you in the world. Most of the TOS text is basic legal speak to protect VRC from lawsuit, and facilitate the above.

I wanted to discuss the new TOS changes in VRChat, particularly focusing on the aspects that require us to place a significant amount of trust in the platform. Contracts are usually in place where mutual trust might be lacking, and in this case, the contract seems to have numerous clauses that lean heavily on our trust in VRChat.
