The Holden Commodore (VH) is a mid-size car that was produced by Holden from 1981 to 1984. It was the third iteration of the first generation of the Holden Commodore. This new Commodore was an evolution of the previous Holden VC series model, and was released on 5 October 1981.

The Holden Commodore Wagon SL belongs to the VH model family from Holden. Its 6 cylinder, overhead valve naturally aspirated powerplant has 2 valves per cylinder and a displacement of 3.3 litres. It musters power and torque figures of 111 bhp (113 PS/83 kW) at 4000 rpm and 231 Nm (170 lbft/23.6 kgm) at 2400 rpm respectively.

2021年11月6日 · Running from October 1981 to February 1984 and with prices starting at $8366 the VH was assembled at Holden plants at Dandenong in Victoria, Elizabeth in South Australia and Trentham in New Zealand. Two tone paint had a distinctive look. It was the last Commodore to wear chrome bumpers.

The VH was not available as a SLE option in a wagon along with L31 engine which makes this a special build. Recent re-commissioning work carried out after long time in storage. All fluids changed or flushed, carby rebuilt, new radiator and some suspension rubbers.

Discontinued February 1984. Produced for about 28 months. Similar body to VB and VC but with lower front-end body work and a horizontally slatted grille; Holden badge mounted centre of grille and centre of boot; the word ‘Commodore’ written on rubber bumper insert on side of car forward of front wheel arch.
