Will a hub really not work? Will only certain USB hubs work? Will only certain things work when connected to the hub? What are the specs for these ports?

2019年3月13日 · I'm using DTECH 4-Port USB 3.0 Hub. It has an auxiliary micro USB power input which I connect with a 1 ft cable to the car as well, and I connect both phone charging cables to the hub. Using this setup both phones charge quickly while TeslaCam is recording.

2021年12月8日 · Update on my using a Vention 4 port USB-A hub, with the Tesla USB drive for the Sentry cam and my own SanDisk Ultra 512GB USB drive for music. It all seems to be working ok except for I have noticed that the hub and drives are all warm, on occasion very warm. The other day I tried to use the internet browser and it wouldn't open any websites.
