The kitfo is nothing short of miraculous- clean, soft meat that is perfectly seasoned. It comes with bread, injera and qocho. Add the kesel tbs to this cornucopia and for real, you will be dreaming about this food for quite some time. As a bonus, Totot also has one of the cleanest bathrooms outside of the big hotels. Score!
