27 Tiara open Looking at a few mid eightys to 1992 tiara 27`s with two 350 chevy gas motors,looks like a nice boat for the money,anyone have any info on this type of boat for light fishing inshore with a few offshore trips.

I have a Tiara 27 Express. The Pursuit is an updated version of mine. You probably can't go wrong with either the 2900 or the 3000 Express. I have also looked at the 3000 Offshore and was thinking of buying one. They are underpowered! Gas power will kill you with fuel economy and the 230hp diesels are just plain underpowered.

Regarding the water under the cabin sole, simply remove the table stanchion (it's made to be removable), insert a Beckson 'Thirsty Mate' hand pump and pump the water into a bucket. 2009年7月20日 · I've spent the last several months looking at 27-33' Express/Open boats. Top end of my budget is around $55k, so mid 90's and some early 2000 models are in my price range. Besides Tiara I also looked at Pursuit, Luhrs, Albin, Proline, Grady White, Judge, and Parker.

Getting closer and closer to making an offer on an older Tiara 27 Open. I'm trying to mentally compute the ownership costs. Here is what I have so far Slip - April-October - Approx $3000 ($100/ft is on lower end in this area) Land Storage for Winter - 800 Shrink Wrap and Winterizing (Two inboard 5.7's, no gen, no a/c) - 1000 Insurance - 1000

The 29 Tiara Open would be great because it is still fairly fuel efficient at cruise (1 mile/per gallon) and I would save money on slip fees, etc. I could also probably afford a 2005 or 2006 model, and I like the idea of getting a newer boat.

Tiara 3200 open is currently at the top of my list for best checking all of our boxes. Found a nice 2010 for around 230k. Want to make sure that we're not overlooking other good options before proceeding.

Re: 27 tiara open fisherman Thanks for the response guys as far as specific questions I think you answered most of them about handeling in rougher seas. How are the engines to work on for instance to winterize and spring start ups.
