2016年6月17日 · Hello everyone. I just bought a 500 GB Tivo Bolt 3 days ago with the idea of upgrading the hard drive to something bigger. I read in a post somewhere on this site I believe that mentioned the Seagate STDR2000100 external USB drive (which is 2 TB) being compatible. So I went out and bought it, opened up the USB3 case and extracted the drive in it.

2016年5月6日 · The future of my Bolt is dependent on what TiVo decides to charge for All-In after the year of free TiVo service is up. Both my Roamios are All-In. I do intend to upgrade the Roamio OTA drive to at a 6TB WD Red - a much more affordable option in a 3.5" drive format.

There are some Amazon reviews saying that LEDMO Power Adapter didn't last long for them. 2018年3月29日 · I have TiVo Bolt. All four lights are flashing on the front and TiVo Mini's says connection to box has been lost. I have unplugged everything numerous times. The last time I unplugged everything, including removing Charter Video Card. Reconnected all and still same results. Charter has resent signal twice.

2018年3月21日 · I found that letting TIVO record suggestions really puts a load on the 6 tuners and the cablecard. My cablecard was very hot. I turned off the suggestions from TIVO and not recording on multiple tuners through the cablecard helped drop the temperature. Since my 3TB Bolt VOX is under warranty I'm hesitant to cut the case.

2016年5月14日 · I E-mailed TiVo support on 5/14/2016. Heard back the next day. I explained that I have a TiVo Bolt 500 GB with 4 lights flashing and have owned it for a few months and that it worked fine up until the last few days when the update was pushed out.

2021年3月10日 · There's not even an app for Locast for the TiVo legacy platform (DVR & Mini's), so I don't believe you'll be able to access Locast at all from a TiVo DVR or Mini, let alone *record*. (The only possibility I could imagine, short of a native app, is if Locast were available as a Prime Channel, then it could be available through the Amazon Prime app.)

2021年1月3日 · I based my statement on my empirical experience trying to find a drive to replace the one that failed in my Tivo Bolt + and reading on this forum. The 2TB drive I installed works. a 6TB 3.5" drive I tested also worked. The thread comments I've read indicate that 2.5" drives larger than 2TB that are SMR don't work.
