I started having quarterly pest control come last year, and they're now asking if I want to also have them take care of termite prevention. This gives it around a 33% chance to spawn in a raid. The more king carapaces you put in the higher chance, but by such a small % increase it’s nearly not worth it.

I'm a termite technician but haven't had to spray around chickens before. I intend to do a liquid barrier around my parents house for them but they are concerned about the risks to their chickens. But I'd be incredibly concerned with just the drywall looking like this and not knowing the extent of what's underneath. I'm not sure why you would ever waive termite inspection — especially at the seller's request.

To continue the warranty and keep it active, I have to get a yearly termite inspection done. It costs $200 per inspection . The inspector comes in and spends around 30 minutes around the house checking. No termite has been found.
