2019年8月22日 · Yes. I agree that you can use Rpi as a video stream server, therefore MULTIPLE users can watch the SAME VIDEO (say, same movie) at the SAME TIME. Now let me think aloud slowly. Suppose you can stack two TV HATs on one Rpi, and that one HAT decodes one mux (Movie A say) and the second HAT decodes another mux (Movie B say).

You need them both set because hdmi_group=1 tells the kernel we are using CEA mode (for TV's, has sound) instead of DMT mode(for monitors, no sound) and hdmi_drive=2 tells the kernel to use HDMI if available. (HDMI mode has sound, DVI does not.)

2019年4月18日 · So I boot up my Pi, go onto TV and download an add-on for PVR. When I try and go back onto the TV section, it says "PVR manager is starting up: 0%" and it stays like that for hours, not making progress. I have tried Tvheadend, ,MythTV DVBlink and VDR, and none of them work. The aerial cable I am using definitely works because I use it for my TV.

I power up the combined zero+hat via the hat's microUSB port and it boots as expected, so at least the power pins are working as designed. However, the USB ports all seem to be nonfunctional. I watch dmesg when I attach known good working devices (SDR dongle, flash drive, etc) and I never see any activity.
