2025年2月11日 · Auf der heutigen 66. ordentlichen Hauptversammlung der TUI AG, die virtuell abgehalten wurde, entsprach die Präsenz einschließlich abgegebener Stimmen 26,94 Prozent des Grundkapitals (Vorjahr 26,89 Prozent).

2024年11月12日 · Der Aufsichtsrat der TUI AG hat die Wiederbestellung des Vorstandsvorsitzenden in seiner heutigen Sitzung beschlossen. Auch der Vertrag von Finanzvorstand Mathias Kiep wird um drei Jahre verlängert. Die aktuellen Vorstandsverträge beider laufen bis September 2025.
