Optik TV is the general name for all of the TV services now. Both old platform and new platform. It does get a bit confusing sometimes. I assume it'll eventually be renamed to Telus TV+ at some point to match the new app/website. On the new Telus TV+ platform, you start with the basic service. The cloud PVR is an additional cost of $10 a month.

2021年9月6日 · There is no way, that I can see, from my wife's phone to give her access to the APP. I can log on as me, and that's it. I am listed as master on the account. As far as I can see, I would need for my wife to also create a TELUS account and link it to the Smart Home account. Whether thats doable or not, I have no idea. The APP is a useful tool.

Hello to all. I just updated my Telus app this morning on my iPhone 8 running IOS 16.7.10. The app was working perfectly, but now the updated version crashs each time I try and open it. I have tried re-booting the device, deleting and re-installing the app (a couple of times, with re-booting) and nothing is working Any thoughts or suggestions ?

What I would like to do instead is urge your development team to develop an Xbox app, so that more people may enjoy their TV subscription on the device they prefer. Thanks for your consideration.

2023年11月14日 · MyTelus app is a joke. It never worked. I tried talking to an agent about it today after trying for 90 minutes and was referred to the technical department. The call terminated after half an hour while on hold. Tried uninstalling the app and clearing the cache. Was ask to manually type in username and password. Still didn’t work.
