2017年1月26日 · The shifter was about 8" back from the 82-97 S10 location. '98 and up shouldn't be that drastic. I'm sporting a 60/40 bench out of a 2003 and can shift comfortably through all the gears. I had to remove the cup holders though.

2019年9月7日 · Relocated Shifter Hole for rear T56 shifter position; T56 Slave Cylinder (Same exact part as NV3500/1500) 94-97 Ram Master Cylinder - I had some shifting issues I attributed to the S10 master and some research supported that. The S10 master did "work" though. See below for the details.

2014年2月2日 · Yes, you are right, you wouldn't want to do the T56 and keep the stock 3.08 gears. 3.42 would be ok, but atleast a 3.73 would be needed to really take full advantage of the T56. But before anybody with a 5 speed V6 S10 jumps into a T56 swap, they would most likely have already upgraded the rear gears.
