They are super easy to install you just have to put them into the world folder of the server. Mods on a server are more complicated and everyone needs to have the mods installed for them to work. Those mods ( not all are mods. Mostly they are datapacks) are custom made for them by a friend of Crainer's.

I promised in the comments of one of Slogo's videos that if he and Jelly allowed Crainer back I'd build them the ultimate challenge map. The saved world in this modpack is a 1000 diameter challenge/parkour map with over 200 traps.
