2016年1月30日 · It sucks for me. But SIG really will be the big looser in this. My agency just authorized use of personal weapons from a list of about 30 different 9mm semi-autos. I was the first to buy the SIG P224. About 2K LEOs are going out and getting their own weapon(s). I am our of HQ so I will make sure no one shares my experience. SIG's loss on this one.

I also had some minor reliability issues with the p224, which ended up being corrected by Sig. (after several mags, sometimes the slide did not go completely back into battery). 2016年12月7日 · It shoots so well in .40 as well. I do like the .357 sig in my p239, so I'm not feeling the need to get an extra barrel for the .224. I'm not going to give Sig more money on the p224. If I see one on ebay or forum for a good price, I might grab it, but if your p224 wasn't already .357 sig, I don't see the point for me going from .40.
