2020年11月17日 · Sharn's an educated, metropolitan, advanced, diverse city. It's not modeled after 19th century industrial London. Nice sanitary plumbing is consistent with the vibe Sharn's supposed to have. It's one of the wonders of Eberron and both the gateway to the rest of the world for Khorvaire and to Syrania itself.

2020年1月10日 · I mean I would be unsurprised if there were a city-wide license, but it must be in some book other than Sharn: City of Towers. The only mention of weapon or spell licensure in that book is specific to Upper Tavick's Landing - I did a PDF search. Let me do a quick scan of some of the other books that talk about Sharn - could be in one of those.
