I find it a bit wild that my post is 2 years old and people still have the same issue, specifically that Xbox hasn’t implemented anything more specific for reporting back errors than the sad face. It really gives you no idea what to do or what is wrong. I’ve had sad face, and see other people with sad face, for a dozen different reasons.

What makes someone sad looking is downward features I don't know if you're woman or a man but wear hairstyles that pull your face up. Think low or high pony tail, braids or maybe a hat thats a bit tight.
