Without feats from SCP Tales, Able is still quite strong, enough so to chop through a steel door in several minutes. He could most likely damage Noir, but Noir is way better in speed and durability. Able is said to be stopped by a kill-corridor of heavy machine gun fire where Noir is able to endure multiple tanks firing on him without dying.

Able is the humanoid component of SCP-076, SCP-076-2. He's named after the mythological figure or something i dunno.
