My actual first SCP, Chocolate Goldfish, was a disaster — it was more of a 'magic item' without much of a narrative behind it, so it basically had to survive on the back of a concept that simply couldn't handle that much weight. The first SCP that survived on the wiki, Family of Cotton, did well for two reasons, I think.
