SCP-010 is a group of objects consisting of seven (originally six) iron collars and a remote control. The remote is dubbed SCP-010-1, while the iron collars are labelled SCP-010-2 to SCP-010-8.

SCP-173 was first discovered on the streets of Lansing, at the corner of Willow Street, where it was found by two pedestrians at 11:27 local time. According to witnesses, the pedestrians stared at the statue in curiosity before it suddenly moved and attacked.
