The Sa-khui are modified Sakhs living on Not-Hoth. They are descendants from survivors of the crash landed ancient Sakh ship. The name means 'People of the Khui '. They currently make up a large portion of the population of Croatoan, which also includes humans and human/sakh hybrids among many others, and a small portion of Icehome Village.
