And a rush is obviously not over when you're on the site. Smoke the entrance to the tunnel and the box on the site, so if someone hides there they're blind.

B is a slightly smaller bomb site that has fewer means to enter. A is also frequently closer to the CT spawn point than B. If the first guy in gets the pick on the guy close then it is a matter of the rest of the team rushing the guy in back through the smoke. Most of the time it will be on an eco so if you get those 2 kills and bomb down you are looking good anyways.
