Rosemala's unusual name is derived from the peculiar shape of the valley which closely resembles a blooming rose. It is only accessible after a 10-kilometre trek through the jungle. Charming woods, a watch tower and a lake are the main draws of the area. Visitors can take in the vistas and the imposing Thenmala dam from the watchtower.
