Can you make the thing go away!!! If this is what happens when I buy a new Ring product, I won't be buying anymore. Further, stop changing the motion alerts!

3 天之前 · The Ring app recently stopped working on my iPhone 15 Pro Max (iOS 18.3.2). Normally when I bring up the app, within a second or two, I get the front doorbell live view. Now the app just hangs. Also, the Mailbox sensor just shows a spinning circle and the Neighbors shows "Error". Everything works

2022年1月2日 · Hi, Whenever I try to login to the Ring App on my Android phone I always get the message that an invalid email or password was used. It does not prompt for additional authentication. I can login via a browser using the same email/password. I have managed to create a new user and login that way but it is not the owner so no access to chime.

2020年3月10日 · Hi @Babw. This number is going to be the number of notifications you have for the Ring app. Notifications can be anything ranging from Ring Alarm related activity (if you have this), motion notifications for Doorbell(s) and/or Camera(s), or ring alerts for the Doorbell(s).

2020年3月12日 · Since the new Mode feature was available, the new feature indicator always stay. I've dismissed all new features but it's still there. I tried to reinstall Ring app but the issue is getting worse. Now I have TWO new features. I had enabled the mode feature, disabled it and reabled it. But it just doesn't go away.
