subliminals are hidden messages that have affirmations behind audios, typically relaxing or upbeat audios. often made with low volume voice recordings over music, in some parts you may be able to hear a sort of whispering. if the song changes maybe you can hear one of the affirmations, however there are many more other ways to make them.

There are many other kinds of subliminals that can get you closer to you feeling more comfortable or where you would like to be RCTA journey wise.
