2007年2月22日 · I thought HP80 run at lower discharged temperature than R502. In fact it runs at 5 degrees lower. It also gives 10% more capacity. Even though its discharge pressure is higher than R502. In fact 40 PSIG higher. Even though its suction pressure is higher than R502. In fact 5 PSIG higher So higher pressure does not mean bad at all.

2010年9月25日 · R502 ls still used. On old equipment with a small charge slightly short of refrigerant why would anyone think of converting. The cost of conversion done properly and drop in efficiency just don't make sense. Beyond ozone depletion.R12 and R502 were probably the greatest advancements in 20th century refrigeration.

2015年12月20日 · Found an almost full 30lb jub of R502 in a building (former hospital) that my employer recently inherited. Was tucked behind a walk-in refer in the basement that appears to have been changed out to r404A years ago.

2004年12月2日 · Can mineral oil be used under any circumstances with R502? I recently checked a system where the compressor was definately low on oil with very little showing in the crankcase sight glass. This was a Copeland comp #EAVB-021ECAV. I beleive Copeland states that the oil level in the compressor should be at the 3/4 mark of the sight glass.

2015年2月17日 · OK, for the last 20 years pretty much the only locally available r502 replacement compressors are marked for r404a. I have always just used r408a with no problems,just treat as 502,no need to even convert pressures. I have often wondered what everyone else is doing with these(no one other than me in this area ever marks the refrigerant they used).

2013年8月26日 · The system supposed to cool the chamber to -30C and has been doing it Ok. With the fades out of R502 , Danfoss changed the compressor with another name and filled with POE oil . This new compressor supposed to work with R404a. When the system is with this new compressor with POE oil and about 80%(from R502 amount)
