ASCO’s Quality Oncology Practice Initiative (QOPI®) is a quality abstraction registry with measures designed for outpatient-oncology practices wanting to foster a culture of self-examination and improvement.

The QOPI Certification Track is a group of 25 measures selected to evaluate oncology practices on the various aspects of providing quality oncology-patient care. Practices who would like to apply for QOPI Certification must first complete this reporting track and achieve a 75% or greater performance score.

The QOPI Certification Program provides 3-year certification for outpatient hematology-oncology practices.
