Coco island is the place where you unlock Demon Step. Just talk to the one of the NPCs to unlock it. You can also buy Skywalk/Geppo for 50,000 peli. Directions: When sailing, keep a close eye because it's a small island. North of Sphinx Island. North of Baratie. West from Gravito's Fort.
