This means that if you hit plat 4 this season, you are the equivalent of a gold 3 player last season, a gold 4 player is a majority of other seasons, and in some regions, even a silver 1 player.

It takes practice, skill, and I would say most importantly an ability to analyze your own play for strengths and weaknesses. How hard is plat in League?

2021年11月2日 · Plat 4 is an interesting elo. I've gone through quite a bit of promos this year, eight to be exact, and demoted from plat many times. But one thing I have always noticed... The games are unfrigginbelievable. You get humongous skill gaps, players that win by sheer mechanics, or macro intensive plays, or cheese picks, and so on.

2023年8月19日 · At the beginning of Split 2, Riot decided to introduce a new rank to the ranked system named Emerald. This rank is placed between Platinum and Diamond, behaving like any other tier that has 4 divisions ranging from Emerald IV to Emerald I.

Plat is the people who have been playing for a while and actually apply their deep knowledge of the game and then new players who are decently good at the game. I think gold is more similar to old silver. The people who think otherwise are also the older players of the game who have continue to increase their skill so they see it as easier.
